We absolutely loved working with Elizabeth and Ross and bringing their dream wedding cake(s) to reality. From the get go, they were the sweetest couple to work with- so great that Elysia likes to call them “dream clients.” As if their warm and extremely kind demeanors weren’t enough, they also make a stunningly gorgeous couple! Elizabeth and Ross tied the knot on October 25, 2014 at The Langham Chicago in the Devonshire Ballroom. Their five-tiered, white monogrammed wedding cake topped with fresh orchids went along perfectly with their elegant theme. Classic and delicious, it was vanilla bean and chocolate cake filled with vanilla bean buttercream, chocolate buttercream and raspberry conserve.
Ross, a huge Denver Broncos fan, was so excited to have a Groom’s Cake modeled after a vintage Broncos football helmet. It was a chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream.
