Refund Policy

This refund policy applies ONLY to online orders placed via the Classic Cake Shop.  All custom cake orders are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the custom cake order contract.

As our products are perishable, all food sales are final.  Elysia Root Cakes will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled prior to pick-up.  In order to receive a replacement, we ask that you return your damaged or spoiled item in its entirety to us within 2 business days.

To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents during your local order pick-up.  Elysia Root Cakes is not responsible for damage or loss once the order has been picked-up and has left our premises.
